All services are performed using professional laser equipment operated by trained personnel.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

Pricing may vary depending on material type, contamination level, accessibility, and job complexity.

Any additional work requested on‑site will require customer approval before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.

If access is blocked or unsafe, we may reschedule or charge a service fee.

Job documentation

Quality assurance

Training or marketing (only with your permission)

You may request removal of identifiable images at any time.

7. Payments & Invoicing

Invoices are issued through Jobber.

Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Wisconsin law.

We do not store or access your full payment information.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.

Weather or safety‑related delays may require rescheduling.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

9. Damage & Liability

We take great care to protect your property. However:

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural weaknesses, or defects uncovered during cleaning.

We are not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
